The best type of adventure is one where I have no idea where I’m going to end up. My boyfriend, Bryan picked a place on the map near the east coast and we drove away. The drive from Florida was about 4 hours up to Savannah, Georgia. He chose this place because there is a lot of history here such as slave trading and being one of the most haunted cities in the United States.

If the daily recommended caloric intake for an average adult is 2000 calories, that’s half or more already in one meal. Think about if a kid is eating the same amount of food as an adult. I have a confession to make.

My guilty pleasure when I’m craving something savory is potato chips.

Basically, anything I could put into a dip is game over.

I will eat excessive amounts until past the point where I’m full.

Who knows how many calories I consumed.

Every time this happens, my belly feels empty inside.
