Do you find yourself gravitating towards the same foods in the fridge or pantry every single day?

Eventually, you get bored of your choices and opt out of cooking to eat a frozen/pre-packaged meal.

Or you will go out to eat all together.

I mean why not? It’s convenient and you don’t have to do any work.

Healthy Kitchen

In a fast-paced, convenience-based world, people are turning to processed food with or without realizing how much havoc it’s doing to their body.

As someone who lived off of dry cereal, ramen, frozen/pre-packaged food, I understand the frustration and the struggle in the kitchen.

I was stressed, exhausted, and overweight for 21 years of my life until I could no longer tolerate the anxiety of having no idea why I’m experiencing such awful inflammation in my gut.

After a life-changing experience in 2012, I decided to take responsibility for what food I was putting in my body.

I read food blogs such as “Food Babe” and “Eat This, Not That!”

I had the desire to learn what is really in my food and the harsh truth of what I’m putting in my body.

There are better alternatives to eating processed foods whether it’s store bought or not.

As Redefining All Diets, my desire is to educate as many people as possible about healthier options that can still be convenient and affordable to feed you and your family.

All it takes is a little extra research, but that’s what I get to do for you.

With a 60-minute long pantry makeover, I educate you on what products in your pantry, fridge, and freezer no longer serve you.

I use Skype/Zoom calls or whatever platform works best for you.

All while helping you find better options that are aligned with you and your family’s needs and busy schedules.

The best part is, you get all of this personalized education for $49.
