Have you had the burning desire to learn how to cook, but have been putting on the back burner?

Do you have newly discovered food sensitivities that you’re learning how to incorporate in your lifestyle?

Are you looking to change your lifestyle to add some healthier habits and need a little extra support in this area?

What about simply wanting to add an enjoyable activity to your day or taking on a new hobby?

Whatever the case may be, I’m right there with you.

For 21 years, I put my health completely on the back burner.

I would make excuses as to why I can’t do the activities that truly make me feel good.

I used food in an unhealthy way to compensate for my low self-worth.

As a result, I was overweight, depressed, anxious, and would bleed my pain into my relationships instead of taking care of myself.

Until one day, I had a quantum shift.

In 2012, I decided to change my life.

I decided to stop making excuses as to why I couldn’t remove the weight that had been haunting me for decades.

Instead of using food as a tool for self-sabotage, I chose to use it for love instead.

With absolutely no cooking experience, I made my way into the kitchen.

I had a burning desire to change my relationship with food and I wasn’t going to let that stop me.

With guidance and support from my roommates, I began learning how to make all of the foods I sabotaged myself with growing up.

It felt fun!

It felt easy!

It took me away from life’s stressors that were thrown at me!

It felt like a way for me to connect to something outside myself.

It was the start of a new beginning.

When I saw the faces of people who tried my food, I could see a glowing smile on their face with delight.

It made me feel gratitude for being able to share a beautiful gift with people.

Best of all, cooking saved my life.

I love cooking so much that I decided to take it a step further.

In 2017, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to follow my dreams and live my passion teaching people how to eat and live healthier.

As a result, I felt called to launch my first ever amazing course that allows you learn all the tips and tricks I’ve learned about cooking in the past 6 years.

As an avid health enthusiast, I am always looking for different recipes to compliment my health platform. Adding Rachel’s delicious and healthy treats was a very practical way to help my health regiment. Thanks to Rachel’s recipes, I have more confidence in my week because I know that I am eating healthy and delicious ingredients

Working with Rachel helped me see that some of my struggles with weight loss and eating were more than just food related. She helped me look into other areas of my life instead of only seeing food as the issue. She had me examine my relationships as well as some daily eating habits I had developed. She also had me consider new foods and recipes and worked on getting me out of the food rut that I had been in. I was a stranger to Rachel but her eagerness and willingness to reach out and help me is a valuable asset as a coach. I would recommend Rachel to help anyone with their dietary concerns that are food related as well as other aspects of food relationships.
